DESCRIPTION
When used with a pneumatic cylinder, a reed switch/Sensor can be used to adjust/detect the position of the cylinder by attaching a magnet to the side of the cylinder. As the cylinder moves, the magnet comes into proximity of the reed switch, causing the reed contacts to open or close.
