RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you have received a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product please get in touch with the customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you take pictures and video while unboxing the package and share us the same on [email protected]

 

On receiving your complaint, Southern Enterprise shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Southern Enterprise is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Southern Enterprise will start initiating the replacement process.

 

In Order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

 

 

  1. Please notify Southern Enterprise of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Southern Enterprise shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

 

  1. Products have to be unused and should be returned in their original Packaging along with the invoice.

 

 

  1. All returns should be Properly and adequately packed, to avoid any further damage to the products during transit.

 

  1. The returned Products are subject to verifications and checks by Southern Enterprise in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the complaint is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

 

  1. Once the Product is received by the Southern Enterprise and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours on basis of availability.

 

  1. In case of non-availability of the products, you will be informed and then refund or a credit balance on your confirmation will be taken into consideration.
